About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
There is a box office at the venue, however tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive. We highly recommend you book your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the
Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
You can transfer your tickets to anyone for free by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please
contact us if you need additional help and provide us with your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience, subject to availability. Please
contact us indicating your ticket ID if you wish to amend your booking. Refunds are strictly not allowed. For more information, please refer to our
Terms and Conditions.
Can I make a group booking?
Group bookings are not available for this experience.
About access to the venue
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
All pets except for service animals are prohibited at the venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the experience is being held in an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
We do not offer separate tickets for carers. Carers will be required to purchase a general admission ticket to enter the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this experience for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This experience will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, seats are available for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available at the venue?
This venue has restrooms. Please speak with our staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional recording equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?

Is there an age requirement?
There is no age limit for this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Children under the age of 2 can enter for free.
