What can I expect from Digital Light Canvas by teamLab?
Journey into a fantastical paradise of pure light and colour, where exotic flowers magically bloom under each footstep, giant koi fish glide alongside, and all manner of animal life come out to play. Let your imagination soar as you immerse yourself in this endlessly interactive dreamscape as you create your own masterpieces and even take them home as souvenirs.

This experience is located in Marina Bay Sands, 2 Bayfront Avenue, #B2-50, Singapore 018972 (adjacent to Rasapura Masters food hall).
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
Guests usually spend 30 minutes at this experience.
Is there parking available?
Yes. The nearest carpark is accessible via the North Entrance (Green Zone) at Marina Bay Sands.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; however, we encourage all guests to be appropriately dressed within the premises.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Special ticket bundles that come with merchandise are available for sale online and on-site. Note that guests can only purchase merchandise on-site with a valid entry ticket.
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
There are ticketing kiosks available on-site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive. It is highly recommended that you book your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You may purchase tickets via the
Fever app or on the
Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please
contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You do not need to print your ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the
Apple App Store or
Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I am unable to locate my ticket. What should I do?
You may view your ticket through the Fever app under “Tickets”. Remember to log in using the same account that was used when purchasing the tickets. If you are still unable to locate your ticket, please
contact us.
To install the Fever app on your smartphone or tablet, you may visit the
App Store (iOS) or
Google Play Store (Android) for more information.
Can I change the date of my ticket?
Change of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience, subject to availability. Should you wish to amend the date and/or time of your visit, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. For more information, please refer to our

Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are strictly not allowed. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions
Can I make a group booking?
Group bookings are not available for this experience.
About access to the venue
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Only service animals are permitted at the venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the experience is being held in an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
For each General Entry ticket, we provide a S$5 top-up option for accompanying adults of children under 13 years old.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this experience for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a break, seats are available within the premises.
Will restrooms be available at the venue?
Restrooms are available at the venue. Please approach our staff on-site for directions to the nearest restroom.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Guests are encouraged to take photos of the experience and share them. However, please note that flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, and professional filming are not permitted. Prior permission is required for any form of professional filming.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We recommend checking with the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you are unable to ask them on-site, please reach out to Marina Bay Sands at +65 6688 8868.
Are baggage/luggage deposits available at the venue?
There is no baggage/luggage deposit available on-site. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no age requirement. For the safety and security of young visitors at Digital Light Canvas, children under 13 years old must always be accompanied by an adult.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience does not come with an audio guide.
